Youth Cricket Coaching & Academies Across America
Almost all youth cricket in the United States runs through clubs and academies rather than schools. You enrol directly with a program. Most sort players into age bands — commonly U8, U10, U12, U13, U15, U17 and U19 — and beginners are welcome at every one of them.
Every program below was checked against that program’s own website or official listing. Each name links straight to the source so you can confirm current sessions, fees and registration yourself. Details change from season to season, so always call ahead.
Not seeing your area? This directory is growing state by state, and it is not just academies — independent coaches and small clubs belong here too. If you coach youth cricket anywhere in the country, add yourself — or email us at youthcricketusa@gmail.com.

THE REPRESENTATIVE PATHWAY
USA Cricket Youth Hubs: How Age-Group Cricket Is Organised
Once a child is training regularly, the next step up is representative cricket, and USA Cricket organises that through regional Hubs. A Hub runs age-group competition for its area. Winners and selected players progress to Zonal Championships, and the U15 and U17 competitions culminate in National Championships.
Hubs are geographic. Clubs and academies take part in the Hub their area belongs to, so where you live decides which Hub your child plays in — it is not something you choose, and switching academies within the same area will not change it.
The 18 Hubs
Seattle — Washington, Oregon
Bay Area — Greater Bay Area, CA
Southern California — SoCal, Arizona
Colorado
Minnesota — MN, Iowa, Wisconsin
Chicago — Illinois
St Louis — Missouri, Kansas City
East Midwest — Michigan, Ohio, Indiana
Dallas
Houston
Austin — Austin, San Antonio
Atlanta — Georgia, Tennessee
New York — NY, North Jersey
New Jersey — NJ, PA, Delaware
New England — MA, CT, RI
DC — Virginia, DC, Maryland
Morrisville — North Carolina
Florida — Tampa, Orlando, Ft Lauderdale
Age groups and how far each goes
U11 — stays at Hub level. 20–30 over matches.
U13 — Hub, then finishes at Zonal Championship. 20–30 overs at Hub, 30 at Zonals.
U15 — Hub, Zonal, then National Championship. 30–40 overs at Hub, 40 at Zonals.
U17 — Hub, Zonal, then National Championship.
Each Hub must give every team a minimum of six games and crown a champion in each age category it runs. Above U17 sits the USA Under-19 setup, which is the route to the ICC Under-19 World Cup.
Hub boundaries, age cut-off dates and competition calendars are set by USA Cricket and change from season to season. Confirm current details directly at usacricket.org before planning around them.
