USA Youth Cricket (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website usayouthcricket.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We are an independent, volunteer-run informational resource about youth cricket in the United States. We are not a governing body, and we are not affiliated with the programs, leagues or organizations listed on this site.

Information you give us

The only form on this site is our List an Event submission form. When you use it, you provide your name, your email address, your contact number, details of the event you are submitting, and optionally a file you choose to upload.

This form is intended for event organizers, academies, clubs and leagues who want their event or program listed.

How submissions are handled. Form submissions are sent to us by email. Based on our current website configuration, submissions are not stored in a database on this website. Uploaded files are transmitted with that email. We may retain submissions in our email account for as long as needed to respond, verify the information, and maintain our listings.

We use this information only to review your submission, contact you about it, and where appropriate publish listing information on the site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may collect limited technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location, the pages you view and the site you arrived from.

Analytics. This website uses Google Site Kit, and a Google Analytics tag is present on the site. This means Google may collect and process information about your visit, and may use cookies or similar technologies to do so. Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We use analytics information in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Your browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and to send a “Do Not Track” signal. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this or other websites function.

Information about young players published on this site

We publish match results, statistics and performance information taken from scorecards and results published by tournament organizers and scoring platforms. This may include the names of young cricketers, alongside their team and their performance in a match.

We publish only what has already been made public by the competition organizer, and we do not publish contact details, addresses, schools, dates of birth or photographs of young players.

If you are a parent, guardian, player or organization and you would like a name or figure corrected or removed from our coverage, email youthcricketusa@gmail.com. We will review the request promptly and, where appropriate, correct or remove the information.
